Course Overview

Hold Baggage Reconciliation (HBR) training is required for anyone involved in the hold baggage process, with specific modules required depending on the role.

Pre-requisite

Modules 1-5 are covered in GSAT training. Therefore, a prerequisite for this training is to hold a valid GSAT certificate. If you do not already have a valid GSAT certificate, please get in touch with us to be given access to the additional modules.
